Hire costs - As you select your gorgeous arm candy to hire, the collection, hire period and specific bag will have the cost of hire clearly highlighted. Should you choose to extend your hire for another week or month we will simply bill your credit card for the same hire amount each week or month until such time that you eye up some new arm candy that you simply must and return the bag you are currently hiring. Billing - Your credit card will be billed at the same time every month for your membership fee.
Q.What if something happens to my arm candy during the hire period?
Yes, we're afraid we do have to consider excessive wear and tear. In order to keep us all sleeping easy at night we invite you to take out our insurance coverage against excessive wear and tear on our gorgeous authentic designer handbags. Without this insurance replacement costs could be very excessive for our members and we want your experience of hiring our gorgeous arm candy to always be a positive and happy one.
Cost of insurance will vary by item and details are provided when you check out. While we all have great intentions, sometimes things happen in life which can damage the bag and we want all our members to be able to relax knowing they are covered for excessive wear and tear. We treat our arm candy with kid gloves therefore as we hire out to our trusted members it is like our best mate asking to borrow our beloved arm candy, so please treat it like it belongs to your best mate every time
Q.How long can I hire my selected arm candy?
How good is this. There is NO maximum time limit. We are dedicated to satisfying your arm candy cravings therefore keep it for a week, a month, 6 months. Or, keep it for a year! As long as your account is in good standing you will continue to enjoy the bag as long as you like. Billing for extended hires will be taken each week or month, depending upon the original hire date and duration.
Q.Why are there some bags excluded from certain memberships ?
Due to the unique and extremely high costs of certain handbags in our collection we only offer these high value handbags to our Ultimate Luxury members. We reserve the right to refuse hire requests on certain bags for any reason deemed reasonable to our armcandyhire team.
Q.How do I return my arm candy?
Returning your arm candy hires is quick and easy. All you do is follow these quick steps and you are then ready to eye up more gorgeous arm candy:
Visit 'your account', select the arm candy being returned and click on "sad but true, I'm returning to you".
You will be advised by armcandyhire.com of address to place on packaging. Please place arm candy being returned in dust bags into original packaging and seal the packaging to ensure safe and secure transit of your hired arm candy.
We will advise you on our nominated courier to arrange collection of your arm candy and will arrange a mutually suitable collection date and time. Hire fees will be suspended once the package is confirmed or shipping label is scanned, indicating the arm candy is on its way back to us.
We'll confirm to you when we receive your returned arm candy.
Q.How do I cancel a return?
You can cancel a return and hold on to that fabulous arm candy a little longer by visiting your account, select the arm candy you wish to keep hold off a little longer and click on "give me a little more time" button. In this section you'll find an image of your arm candy and a “Cancel Return” button. We'll resume billing the day you cancel the return.
Q.I don't have a printer. How do I generate a return delivery label?
Contact customer service and we'll mail you the Return Receipt and delivery Label you need.
Q.Can I hire more than one exciting arm candy at a time?
Of course you can. You can hire from three a month for our GOLD Members, up to limitless hires for our Ultimate Luxury Members. We know that variety is the spice of life and many of us cannot get enough of the real thing!
Q.Is it possible to change the borrowing term for an item I have on loan?
Yes, it's easy to change your hire duration from weekly to monthly or vice versJust visit your account and select link select the link to "Switch to Monthly" or "Switch to Weekly" under the Hire Term column for each piece of arm candy you'd like to change.
Q.When is my credit card charged for membership fees?
Membership billing occurs on the day you sign up for service and then each month on the anniversary date of the day you signed up. If your anniversary date is the 29th, 30th or 31st, billing will occur on the 28th. You will continue to be billed on a monthly basis. If you should choose to cancel, you may do so at anytime by contacting customer service.
Q.When is my credit card charged for my arm candy hire(s)?
Arm candy hire, delivery and insurance fees occur on the date an item is shipped. If an item is not returned within the one month or one week period selected, you will continue to be billed on the renewal date of the item (one month or one week accordingly). When you request to borrow any arm candy from our collections, we pre-authorise your credit card for the amount of the transaction (arm candy hire, delivery (excludes Ultimate Luxury Members) and insurance (excludes Platinum and Ultimate Luxury Members). This charge will not go through until the item is shipped. Weekly or monthly hire fees are charged on the day your arm candy is shipped and terminated when we receive formal confirmation the arm candy is with the courier and on its way back to us.

Q.Do you accept cheques, cash, bank transfers?
No sorry. Due to high levels of fraud using the above means of payment we only currently accept credit cards for payment of monthly membership fees and arm candy hires.
Q.Who pays for delivery of the chosen arm candy?
For our Gold and Platinum Members there is a £9.97 round trip delivery charge payable on each arm candy item hired. Our Ultimate Luxury Members never have to pay any delivery fees…another great reason to upgrade!
Your gorgeous arm candy will be delivered to you via our courier. When you're ready to return your arm candy, send it back using the `Return An Item’ feature in your arm candy account. Delivery fees include insurance for the item during its journey. £9.97 will automatically be billed to your account each time you choose to hire any of our exciting arm candy (unless of course you are one of our Ultimate Luxury Members). A signature will be required for receipt of selected arm candy deliveries.

Q.How long will it take to receive my item after you receive my request?
As soon as we receive your request, we check our inventory to confirm the availability of your arm candy. Provided it is available, you will receive your item within 3-4 business days for our standard delivery option (£9.97). You can speed up the delivery if you have an arm candy emergency or simply cannot wait to experience the real thing by selecting '24 hour delivery' or 'same day' delivery (only available on orders processed before 9am (Monday to Friday) at the time you place your arm candy hire request.

Q.What if the arm candy I'm hiring becomes dirty or damaged?
We hope (and to be honest expect) you care for our items as if you were borrowing them from one of your best friends and that you'll return the item in much the same way you received it. We understand that there will be everyday wear and tear and that is why we include insurance in the hiring process. If, however, your arm candy is abused, broken beyond everyday wear and tear or lost, your account will have to be charged a reasonable repair or replacement fee. Some of our arm candy collection are not easily replaceable though and a fee, up to full retail replacement, may be charged. We hope you can understand this and appreciate the importance of keeping our arm candy in great condition.
Q.How does the armcandyhire.com bag-a-bag outlet work?
Our armcandyhire.com members LOVE bag-a-bag. The members who love it most though are the Platinum and Ultimate Luxury Members as they are guaranteed an additional 5% and 10% respectively, on all purchases from bag-a-bag!! We are always clearing out our collections to make room for the hottest new arm candy from all the top designers. You will always find great deals in bag-a-bag and the great thing is you do not have to be a member to be able to make any arm candy purchases!
Q.How do I update my email address?
Simply login to your Armcandyhire.com account and click on “My Account”. Then click on the "Update Email Address" link, enter your new address, and click "Save".
Q.What is the Wait List?
When your choice of arm candy is currently out on hire to another arm candy member it will be highlighted as "Wait List". If you select this button it will let us know which arm candy you want to hire and in what order. Once the arm candy on your list becomes available, provided your name is at the top of the list, your gorgeous arm candy will be automatically delivered to you.
Q.What is the "Recently Viewed" List?
Your "Recently Viewed" List allows you to view the arm candy you have previously looked at in detail and were perhaps considering hiring. If they're available, you can click hire now and if they're not available you can move them into your Wait List at anytime. Your "Recently Viewed" List is not the same as your Wait List. When you add an item to your Wait List you are putting a request into an active queue for delivery as soon as it becomes available.
Q.What happens if I cannot satisfy my arm candy craving and never want to return it? Can I buy it?
Yes! Many of our exciting arm candy is available for purchase - although we have to be clear not all can be purchased. It's simple and easy to request a purchase price. Simply click on the "buy bag" link shown under the arm candy image on your arm candy account. We will review the arm candy age, condition and ease of replacement, then we will respond to let you know, if appropriate, a price. If you decide to make a purchase, we'll bill the credit card we have on file and the gorgeous arm candy is yours to keep.
